  This real estate is such a liar.
  
  They sent a document saying that I needed to pay the deposit, but after the contract was over they suddenly changed their mind and insisted that it was not a deposit and the tenant was supposed to pay that.

  Why does this agency keep lying?
  What does additional really mean here? Additional means extra, not replaced for the defective one. If it's about security issue, I didn't discard the defective remote when you asked to do it, instead I kept it and returned it.
  I said that my key was broken and needed new one. At that time, when I asked you why "I" had to buy the remote you said it's clearly deposit and it is on the receipt.
